If you are fluent in a language other than English please volunteer to help translate medical texts or crisis lines.

If you’re interested in helping young girls get into STEM this option might be for you!

Help file paperwork, and type up documents to aid in the smooth running of our organization!
El Buen Samaritano
Our volunteers are the heart of El Buen, generously giving their time and talents to further our mission. Volunteers provide support that allows us to maximize limited resources. You can choose to volunteer from: education (ESL, computer literacy), food pantry and events.
Alzheimer’s Association
Our volunteers are passionate, inspired, and making a difference in the fight to end Alzheimer's disease. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or can make a more significant time commitment, please consider becoming an Alzheimer's Association volunteer.

Austin Wildlife Rescue
We are a nonprofit organization that relies heavily on regular volunteers to help us with the daily operations at our rehabilitation center in ELGIN.
Smithsonian Digital Volunteer
"Digital Volunteers" can now take on important assignments to expand access to the Smithsonian's massive collections, and can participate in a variety of research programs. Some roles require special knowledge or skill, but many do not.
The Project

Neighborhood Longhorns Program
The Neighborhood Longhorns Program, uniquely partnered with The University of Texas at Austin, is an incentive-based learning program which provides economically disadvantaged youth with the resources to build a strong academic future.
Texas Food Bank
Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Food Bank. We have weekday and weekend volunteer opportunities—perfect for individuals and groups—helping prepare food donations for distribution and distributing food at mobile food pantries.
Blood Donations
If you donate blood or plasma you will receive 1 service hour.
Care Packages
In these difficult times sisters can put together care packages (it could be ziploc bags that include basic toiletries or snacks, food etc.) and distribute them to those in need. However long it took you to make and distribute the packages the time allotted will be awarded, not only that but doubled since you had to spend money of your own the time alloted will be doubled!
Ascension Seton Austin Half Marathon & 5k
Join the Austin Marathon volunteer team! Your volunteer time benefits the Austin Marathon runners, walkers, guests and staff by providing help in a variety of areas, including start & finish line, packet pick-up, information and water distribution. And just as importantly, volunteers provide the energy and enthusiasm to help encourage our runners to the finish line!

Distributed Proofreaders is dedicated to the preservation of written works that are in the Public Domain in the United States by converting them into high-quality, freely available digital transcriptions. This is accomplished through the efforts of a supportive community of volunteers. Distributed Proofreaders follows the principles of theAmerican Library Association Freedom to Read statement.

Austin Smiles
Austin Smiles is a local non-profit organization providing surgical and post-surgical care for children born with cleft lip and palate in Central Texas and Latin America. Austin Smiles will be partnering with Kingdom Promotions to staff fun local events like the UT vs Louisiana Game at the Texas Memorial Stadium on September 4, 2021 and Formula 1 at Austin Seedway (COTA) on October 22-24, 2021 as a new fundraising opportunity.
Reading Races
Reading Aces is a nonprofit organization that strives to connect at-risk elementary students with positive role models and foster a love of reading.
